Cabling Warranties, Standards & Certifications
DataVox’s offers warranties for all of
their Structured Cabling Systems installations. Our
installations are supported by leading manufacturers
extended warranties that will guaranty end to end
performance. Installations are covered by a manufacturer’s
warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a
period of 15-25 years from the date of installation.
Our technicians are certified by the
leading manufacturers and are well trained on the industry
standards and practices of BICSI. The specific standards of
the EIA/TIA Building Telecommunications Wiring Standards are
strictly adhered to.

DataVox provides 100% field-testing of
all links/channels. Test results are reviewed by our
operations team and our manufacturing partners in order to
formalize the structured cabling system. We utilize the
latest testing equipment by Fluke Networks; DataVox will
provide the necessary documentation to for the Structured
Cabling System.
DataVox will repair or replace any
defective components in the Structured Cabling System. Our
warranty does not cover any changes, additions or repairs
performed by others.
