We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Solutions Architect to support our Microsoft team by providing consulting and design support to enhance our Azure, O365, and Microsoft networking and data center practices. Position Summary: Microsoft Solutions Architect will provide consulting services and proposals of Azure, Office 365, security and other Microsoft solutions to our enterprise level customers. The customized solutions may include Azure infrastructure, Office 365 migrations, AD upgrades, merging enterprises, security, unified communications, IOT, or other Microsoft solutions to different customer environments. Solutions Architect will offer presentations and demonstrations to the customers, come up with the overall business and technical strategy with scopes, and assist the account managers as a technical resource. Experience and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of latest Microsoft technologies and initiatives including Azure, M365, AD, upgrade approaches for EOL products, IOT, security, unified collaborations, messaging, databases, and storage.
  • Demonstrated 3+ years sales experience on above Microsoft cloud and on-prem technologies.
  • Strong understanding on Microsoft license packages, incentives, rebates, and on-going initiatives to offer best possible solutions to our customers.
  • Ability to deliver detailed documentation and accurate Bill of Materials.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead demos, proof-of-value for customers.
  • Ability to develop high-level designs and architectures to ensure smooth transition from design to delivery.
  • Ability to guide customers and account team to the most effective solution.
  • Experience on deploying Microsoft solutions is preferred.
  • Microsoft Azure, O365, AD, Server certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide Sale expertise, content, and guidance in the pursuit of Microsoft Sales opportunities aligned with Datavox services offerings.
  • Generate sales quotes, validate solutions with the most effective approach, and provide all documentation and cost models.
  • Assist to manage the Microsoft vendor relationship.
  • Planning and execution of Microsoft related marketing events/demand generation events.
  • Ensure collaboration across multiple business units and ensure that the proposed solutions meet clients’ desired outcomes.
  • Serve as the content expert for custom cost models, client Scopes of Work (SOWs), and RF(x) proposals based on the overall solution requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams, and other staff in the pursuit of Microsoft Sales opportunities.
  • Make presentations about new Microsoft solutions and developments to account managers on service offerings, sales processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of internal and external Sales collateral to enable Sales.
  • Create and organize internal and external Microsoft sales documentation and presentations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to develop go-to-market strategies, mature the execution Services models and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Other Sales duties as assigned to support the organization. Ability to talk about technical subjects and deliver technical presentations to a wide array of audiences.
  • Ability to work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross functional teams to meet sales goals.
  • Will travel to prospective customer sites as necessary.
