On May 15th, 2019, DataVox was recognized by the Houston Better Business Bureau (BBB) with its highest honor, the Pinnacle Award in the Business Products & Services Category. Since 1990, DataVox has been an accredited BBB company receiving the Winner of Distinction eight times and the Pinnacle Award for its third year.

The BBB Awards of Excellence Luncheon recognizes businesses and non-profits for their achievements and commitment to overall excellence and quality in the workplace. DataVox was chosen with the prestigious Pinnacle Award, representing the top 1% of all entries received. When asked what it means to DataVox to receive this recognition Alan Ferguson, President of DataVox states, “We work hard to provide top notch service to our customers and clients, and it is an honor to be recognized for our efforts.”
