DataVox is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the Enterprise Engineering department in Houston, Texas!

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Customer Experience portfolio, identify changes and incentives in the programs and update management for necessary changes
  • Submit Customer Success Plans and Business Outcome reports in a timely manner
  • Present the value of integrated IT solutions to the customers to achieve their business goals
  • Identify adoption barriers and how to remove them
  • Help to implement adoption frameworks to achieve customer business goals
  • Interpret customer usage data while leading customers to renewals
  • Cultivate new sales opportunities through the entire customer lifecycle
  • Build a strong working relationship with the customers
  • Answer inquiries, provide end user training which leads to better adoption
  • Achieve and maintain necessary Customer Success manager certifications

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is highly preferred
  • 2+ years of experience Information Technology Sales preferred
  • Excellent ability to organize, prioritize and manage the workload on a challenging and multi-tasking environment to deliver the desired outcomes
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other collaboration tools
  • A team player with a high degree of self-motivation
  • Possess a strong desire to develop and nurture client relationships
  • Successful record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Physical Demands:

Work involves standing, talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, handle, feel or operate objects like laptop, cell phone, or controls and reaching with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk, sit, balance, stand, and drive. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will need the ability to uphold stress of daily travel. Regular, predictable attendance is required, including hours as business demands dictate. Light to moderate lifting is required.
