MANAGED SERVICES Essential FEATURES

Administration, Management & Reporting

Our DataVox Managed Services team will serve as your Meraki Dashboard administrator, handling organization and network-level management, device inventory oversight, system monitoring, and on-demand analytics and reporting across your Meraki switching (MS), wireless (MR), and security (MX) environments.

Monitoring & Alerting

DataVox uses the Cisco Meraki Dashboard and custom alerting integrations to deliver proactive notifications for key network metrics. This enables faster issue resolution and improved visibility for clients and IT teams. Standard alerts include device offline, degraded port performance, wireless RF health, VPN tunnel failures, security policy violations, and WAN uplink degradation.

Troubleshooting & Remediation

DataVox provides end-to-end support ticket management for Cisco Meraki, from issue identification to resolution. Our team handles troubleshooting for switching, wireless, and security issues, collaborating with Cisco Meraki TAC when needed. When possible, issues are resolved via Dashboard configuration; otherwise, DataVox will escalate verified platform-related problems to Cisco and manage the case through resolution.

Reporting

As platform administrator, DataVox can provide system reports upon request, including Network Topology, Switch Port Utilization, Wireless Client Health, Security Event Logs, and VPN Status reports. Data is retained per Meraki platform retention policies, and reports can be generated in 1- or 3-month intervals depending on type.

MANAGED SERVICES Premier FEATURES

Dashboard Configuration & Move, Add, Change, Disconnect (MACD)

Network administration can be time-consuming. DataVox offloads daily tasks by handling organization- and network-level MACDs, including VLAN configuration, switch port profile updates, SSID changes, firewall and security policy adjustments, and device onboarding/offboarding across MS, MR, and MX devices.

Device Failure Confirmation & Coordination of RMA

If a Meraki device covered by Cisco Meraki support or warranty fails, DataVox will confirm the failure through remote diagnostics and manage the Cisco Meraki RMA process, including replacement coordination. Physical handling at the customer site is not included. This service does not replace a hardware maintenance contract.

Business Reviews & Customer Success Management

DataVox will work with the client to set a review cadence—monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual—based on environment size and complexity. During reviews, a Customer Success Manager and Certified Meraki Engineer will assess service history and network health, ensuring the platform remains secure, reliable, and high-performing.

System License Management

As part of business reviews, DataVox provides ongoing Meraki license management—optimizing license tiers (Enterprise vs. Advanced Security), reviewing device co-termination schedules, and advising on renewals, budgeting, and true forward milestones to prevent service disruption.
